1 · What you're agreeing to

You consent to being filmed, photographed, and recorded at this production ("Recordings"), and you grant Castle 11 Labs LLC ("Producer") a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, publish, distribute, and publicly display the Recordings, including your name, image, likeness, voice, and performance, in any and all media now known or later developed, for the promotion, marketing, and advertising of Producer and its products.

2 · Ownership

The Recordings are the sole property of Producer. To the extent you contribute anything copyrightable, that contribution is a work made for hire for Producer or, where that doesn't apply, is hereby assigned to Producer.

3 · Compensation

You're appearing voluntarily. You acknowledge good and valuable consideration and agree no royalties or other payment is owed for any use of the Recordings.

4 · Final cut

Producer decides how the Recordings are edited and used. You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished content or the contexts it appears in.

5 · Release of claims

You release Producer, its members, employees, and contractors (including Green Lab TV) from any claim arising out of the Recordings or their use, including privacy, right of publicity, defamation, and false light.

6 · You confirm

You are at least 18 years old and have the full right to sign this release.

7 · Electronic signature

You agree to sign electronically, and that your electronic signature has the same legal force as an ink signature under the U.S. E-SIGN Act and applicable state law.

8 · General

This is the entire agreement about your appearance in the Recordings and is governed by California law. If any part is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
